beerfest5 (1916) - Cloneen, IRELAND - MAY 1, 2018On tap. I'm thinking this is an exaggerated rating based on the reviews that come before mine. A decent witbier, but nowhere near the rating that it has. Some lemon and bubblegum on the nose. Nice effervescence after the pour, refreshing mouthfeel and tastes of lemon rind, some spices, lovely.

The aroma is freshly baked grainy bread and citrus. Full in the mouth, creamy and lightly carbonated, a grainy bread flavour, some orange zesty bitterness in the finish. Very good.
