Bouteille 33 cl de la Cave à Bières - Yverdon (CH). Noire à haute mousse beige durable. Arômes grillés, notes de baies noires et cendres. Le goût est plein, grillé à brûlé, avec une acidulité, un amer terreux et de grain brûlé. Tout est dans la torréfaction complexe.

Thanks Vincent to share this beer at Bonfol. In my opinion, it is an original stout, not bad, interesting. The color is a strong black body, thin foam and not creamy as usual. The taste has a side really watery, there is a lovely side of peach, malt, hop, it is a light stout, refreshing during the hot days.

Appearance: Very dark brown, with some tan head.
Aroma: Dark malt, chocolate? Some coffee.
Taste: Dark malt, roasted, light coffee. Pretty nice.
