UPDATED: MAY 28, 2023 Had this at Lowenbrau Biergarten, München, Sunday 28th May 2023 in the company of Dad and Pauline. Pours clear gold with a white head. Nice bitterness, good fruity bite. Pretty good.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2022 Colore giallo dorato e schiuma abbondante. Profumo maltato caratterizzato dai cereali; gusto leggero ben bilanciato tra gli ingredienti, amarognola con sfumature floreali e di cereali con un finale secco. Una normale lager tedesca molto beverina.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2020 4.7% 330ml Bottle from REWE Supermarket, Saarburg, Germany. 'Das Bier fur Trier.' Very pale straw coloured with a very thin white head. It has a fruity and grassy flavour with floral notes on the gentle lemon and biscuit finish. Ok.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2019 Golden with huge white head. Boring aroma and taste, very thin and watery. There are better pilsners.

On tap at Löwenbräu am Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin. Golden with a white head. On the sweet side with some citrus, grain and light butter.

Keg at the beerhall. Pours clear golden, nose is lemon, cereal, floral, taste is sweet toffee, grainy.

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is butter, citrus juice, moss, wet leaves, some flour. Taste is much citric sourness, some dusty basement in the finish. Not fresh. Hm.
