derA (92) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - NOV 6, 2016enjoyed on brewery premise during a tasting: cloudy white nice appearance, nose is fairly pig stable but no medicinal funk, mouthfeel is full and satisfying. Finishes dry with hints of brett lingering for a while and not a lot of hops competing with it. Some corn and leather aromas make it a very nice drinking beer.

MrTipple (19326) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 28, 2016Dry saison yeast, wood, sour grapes, white wine barrel. Hazy, pale gold, medium, creamy, white head. Light sweet initially but turning dry sour very quickly. Dry sours intensify, wood, oak aged white wine, saison yeast, dry, sour and bitter finish. Great classical Saison, very true to the style, well-balanced. Bottle from Beers’n’More, Zurich.
