COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Barrel aged for 12 months in a single barrel from Louis Jadot.

Taster. Pours clear golden. Aroma is strong flowers, honey, apple, caramel, syrup. Body is heavy and strong, quite acidic, and despite the ongoing intensity quite drinkable. A punch in your face, full of flavour and complexity. Almost too much, but somehow still works. Yup.

large sample that pours clear medium dark but bright golden, burnt orange, with some very sticky and shiny legs. apple syrup, fragrant tropicalness like bananas and ripe bartlett pears, warming wooden notes, alcohol is very well integrated, deep caramelized red fruitiness like pulpy strawberries; sweetness (of course) but never cloying with a gentle touch of acidity; flat carbonation, medium body - very oily and fluffy; sweet, spicy, woodsy and very lightly (pleasantly) tart finish. side-by-side with fatlagrad 2014. solid barrel-aged ice cider but suffered (yes, even at a very good and felt 4.2/5) from comparison to the latter.

Viscuous golden. Aroma is dried apple slight cream and cinnamon brown sugar and vanilla dandelion honey. Taste is sour apple with rich sweet body. Complex and rather balanced towards the sour side. Quaffable. No alcohol spice. I like.
