UPDATED: DEC 28, 2018 375ml bottle. Orange shade. White head. Wood barrel aroma jumps out of the glass. Bretty, juicy, quenching taste. Tangerine fruitiness.

Flaska från Beergium. Osäker på ålder, men har nog ett år eller två på nacken. Näst intill klar och ljusguldig i färgen med vit krona. Doft och smak av vita druvskal, yuzu, citrusskal, aprikos, stenfrukt, ekfat, druvbeska, vitt vin, stall och kattpiss. Något lättare kropp, torr med fin fatkaraktär. Fin, funkig syra med viss brettighet. Rena och klara smaker. Elegant och mycket gott!

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2018 Hazy golden color with a bit of foam. Aroma is quite funky with unripe stone fruit notes. Taste is tart, acidic, quite fruity with nice yeast notes and light fruit vinegar. Light body, acidic, woody.

Bottled 375ml. -from Beergium. Unclear orange coloured, small white head, citrusy and mild Brett in the nose. Sourish citrusy, notes of Brett and slightly spicy with notes of yeast and light acidity in rather dry finish. Nice and refreshing.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2018 Pours hazy yellow with light white head. Aroma is sour, some bitterness, fruits, wheat, some hibiskus, honey. Taste is sourish, some acid, vinegar, fruits, citrus, orange, some lemon, wheat, bitter, sheep shit. Superb beer!

Bottle (from koht). Pours golden. Aroma is aour, fruity, sugar, baked apples. Flavor is sour, bitter, funky, apricots. Finish is sour, acidic. Overall: ok.

Bottle at Koht. Pours golden yellow colour. Moderate white head. Slight acididness, hints of apple vinegar, sourness of the apples, notes of vanilla, earthiness, notes of barnyard in the aroma. Notes of apples, slight acididness, notes of vanilla at first. Acidic, bit vinegary in the middle. Apples in the end. Earthy, citrussy notes and apples in the aftertaste. Rather dry palate, light body. Well drinkable.
