UPDATED: FEB 1, 2024 Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a rich and frothy, white head leaving some lacework. Sweet, malty and slightly flowery nose - no real smokiness to be detected. Medium body, sweet, clean maltiness with only a very, very faint hint of smoke. A bitterness that reveals itself quite late. A lovely Zwickel - but smoked not so much. 010224

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2024 Lätt dimmig ljusgul med tjockt vitt skum. Doftar lite brödigt och fruktigt. Smaken fyllig och besk, liten sötma. Eftersmaken lång med markant beska, ytterst lite sötma, något torr på slutet. God, men mer pilsner än lager.

UPDATED: NOV 14, 2023 500ml bottle from Utobeer. Pours a hazy bright yellow with a pillowy white head. Lovely malt flavour with notes of fresh bread and a slight, very gentle smokiness. Nicely balanced bitterness with notes of grass and citrus. An outstanding lager. Really excellent!

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2023 bottiglia 50 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo pallido velato, al naso lieviti miele note erbacee e una punta di affumicato, in bocca malto pane miele lieviti note erbacee ed un finale delicato di affumicato, corpo leggero, carbonazione decisa, dolce con buon amaro erbaceo moderato. UPDATED: SEP 28, 2023 Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, some toasted and mild smoked tones with with some mild grassy tones. Flavour is smoked, some mild toasted and some herbal and mild grassy tones. Very smooth and tasty.
