One of the few drinkable beers I’ve found here while stationed out in Japan. Pours out a golden yellow with a light whimpy little white head. Aroma of the beer actually isn’t to bad. Hops dominate the aroma and the air of the beer smells thick with sticky hops and a slight funk. Taste is a bit of a dissapointment, the hops don’t come out nearly as well in the taste, in fact the taste is pretty malty and sweet until the very end when a slight hop bitterness comes in. Not bad but certainly not that great either. Considering the selection in Japan though I may rate this a few points higher than it deserves, its been far too long without good beer...

SKUNKY but not funky. It, as stated before, definately needs a brown bottle since I have had varying quality from this brewer. Its O.K. but not worth the price.

Pours an effervescent straw golden with a small white head. Aroma is pale malt. Taste is pale malt with a little bit of a crisp hop finish. An easy drinker but nothing great.

Pours a clear light yellow with very little head. Smells of loads of malt. A little metallic on the nose as well. Crisp, clean. Lots of grain, malt. Sweet on the finish. Palate is thin and crisp with good carbonation. A fizzy yellow beer that has taste and that you can drink all night.

Flavourless but not nasty it has some good features but the major one is the foam.

This beer skunks easily!! They really need to think about switching to a darker bottle....Pours a bright golden color, crisp taste with nice malt and hop flavor. It was ok but not something I make a point to buy. Nicely carbonated. Just volitile.

I guess this stuff isnt too awful. After the Milwaukees Best tonight its like liquid gold. Some decent malt and grassy aromas. Somewhat hoppy finish. Nicely carbonated with a very high drinkability. On the plus side, you dont often see a cooler bottle label then this one.

Not a bad beer, pretty strong taste, just has a weak aroma and does not finish very well.

It has a dark yellow body with no head, it had a mild citrus aroma, but very weak flavor and without very much carbonation.

Pours a pale golden. Aroma is reminiscent of liquid skunk. Taste is crisp and light, very slightly hoppy, but I can’t get past the skunk smell. It just lingers in my nose and makes this beer nearly undrinkable. I wouldn’t try it again.
