Kasteel Rouge is a blend of Kasteel Donker and cherry liquor. The mix of these two excellent products creates an exceptional soft beer with references to the dark mother beer.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2020 Very solid red beer. Sweet fruity taste but not too sweet. Good lasting after taste. Preferable a summer beer but enjoyable in colder days as well.

TheWhaleNorman (372) - Moscow, RUSSIA - NOV 14, 2020
UPDATED: NOV 14, 2020 Good cherry aroma, not artificial and pretty straightforward Taste is mostly sweet with a bit of sourness. Some jam, malts and flowers. Simple and very enjoyable at the same time.

DoctorHU (1442) - Transcarpathia, UKRAINE - OCT 5, 2020
UPDATED: OCT 5, 2020 250 ml can. Poured copper-reddish with beige-pink foam. Strong cherry aroma, red fruits. Long-lasting sweet taste with light notes and very mild acidity, dominated by cherries, red fruits, alcohol is not noticeable.

hehe_papiesz_xd (258) - Warsaw, POLAND - AUG 8, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 8, 2020 W aromacie wiśnia, ale niestety dosyć sztuczna. W smaku wiśnia dominuje, goryczka bardzo delikatna. Pijalne, całkiem przyjemne, ale nic specjalnego.

WertherOriginal (35) - Bierbeek, BELGIUM - AUG 6, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 6, 2020 Lovely flavor of cherries, touch of hoppes and sweetness. Maybe a little too sweet, but not the commercial kind of sweet cherry beer. Amazing.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2020 W aromacie nieco sztuczna wiśnia, troszke zbyt slodka, w smaku przyjemniej, słodko-kwasne owocowe nuty i sporo estrow. Idealny wygląd.

jwil (43) - Hatboro, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 20, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 20, 2020 Strong scent of cherries on the nose. Dark red, almost brown on the pour. Minimal foam and light body. Tart cherry, not-so-subtle fruity taste. A good balance between sweet and sour while not being overbearing in either direction. Limited bitter notes, goes down quite smooth on the finish. This is quite pleasant to drink, but it might lean a bit too far in the 'fruity' direction for me to drink a lot of it. Not bad at all as a one-off. Would recommend, particularly if you're a fan of fruit-flavored brews.

beerofflanders (3) - - MAR 31, 2020 does not count
UPDATED: MAR 31, 2020 Aromas of fresh picked cherries, great smell not artificial, pours a soft dark red with a minimal foam head. To me this has a perfectly balanced combination of real cherries taste not to sweet, a very subtle hint of sour, not yeasty, Best cherry beer I’ve had.
