FatPhil	2.2 Mikkeller Spontankonatsu Tap (Mikkeller Old Town, Tallinn) (5:3:4:2:8=2.2) Phone ate my rating - recreating! Sharp lemony and acetic aroma. Harsh acetic bite. Aggressive lemon and kumquat taste. Barely drinkable. The only saving grace is that the VLND burger here is a sloppy oily mess, and the lemon and vinegar in this almost cut through that. An almost saisony twist to the light floral pale ale aroma. Fruity and floral taste, pale malts, just a bit of belgian-like grunge. Could be brett. Delicate herbal floral finish. Svesse	3.2 Mikkeller Golden Iris (Draught at De Spuyt, Amsterdam, 16 Feb 2024) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of peaches, grass, bread and hay. Fruity, slightly hoppy taste with peaches, citrus, dried pineapple, herbs, grass and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Mellow, soft and highly drinkable. rumore	3.4 Mikkeller Side Eyes 33cl can on a SAS flight. The beer is almost at room temperature. Pours (in a plastic cup) loaded blonde, fairly transparent, with abundant medium grained white foam. Aroma is malty and caramel, even barely into molasses. Still, it is not excessive. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, quite enjoyable. Final is average in intensity, malty. Tart finish, still fruity, funky and vinegary but slightly flowery-soapy too. Sherry-like alcohol remains subtle. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Interesting concoction, I like this.
