jbruner	3.4 Double Mountain Hop Lion Pours a mostly clear golden orange on tap with bubbly white foam that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of candied citrus tangerine and bubble gum from yeast and hop combo, a touch of pale malt behind. Taste was fairly sweet from the malt and booze, moderately bitter from the hops. neepsntatties	4.1 Prince Valium Tap at Beer O’ Clock. Cookie….basic black with a thin tan head. Nose..brandy soaked oak, Tootsie Rolls, German chocolate cake . Palate…much drier than I expected. Delightfully brandy like! There’s some burnt sugar flavour and burnt dates as well. An earthy notes hits the mid palate and then a tangy barbecue sauce thing. The finish is very long, oaky and brusk with baked prunes and cocoa husk. Nice! Thursday, October 26, 2023

brokensail	3.5 Double Mountain Pride On tap @ Florida Room. Clear pale yellow cider with a thin ring of white foam. Aromas of apple, grass, yeast, and a touch of pear. Get some fruit skin and a touch of lemon zest. Sort of a champange yeastiness to it. Finishes fairly dry with a decent acidity to it. Enjoyable. Tuesday, September 5, 2023
coasternut	3.5 Double Mountain The Last Bastion (2023) Tripel Red This beer pours a dark golden color with minimal head that stays for a while with some lacing. It has a strong aroma with a light Belgian yeast coming through. I like the stronger beers because of the flavors and this one does not disappoint. I'm not a big fan of the Belgian yeast taste, but this is light enough that it is really good. Sunday, September 3, 2023

coasternut	3.8 Double Mountain Black Irish This beer pours a very dark brown color with a small head that dissipates quickly. The ABV and IBUs are balanced well. Not overly bitter with no noticeable alcohol taste. Very drinkable. It has a good roast malt taste also, with a creamy mouthfeel. Had at Overlook Brewpub. Saturday, September 2, 2023
coasternut	3.6 Double Mountain Tahoma Kriek This beer I had at the Overlook Brew Pub. The sign says a 2018 vintage. It pours a golden color with a light sour, cherries and Belgian yeast aroma. This beer has no head to speak of. The initial sip is sour, but as you sip the sour taste mellows out. The alcohol is slightly noticeable. This is a well-balanced beer. Saturday, September 2, 2023

Aroma is bright and fresh, with a nice herbaceous character is classic helles fashion, along with a crisp crackery malt base. Flavour is a little less invigorating, with crisp biscuity malt and a touch of herbaceousness. The nose was more promising—the flavour falls a bit flat but is still refreshing and clean. Decent. Yeasty, veggie, apple compote, green chili, pepperoni hot trash. What? Pear sweetness, flat green chilis, minerally apple essence, bitter veg & clay. Half sour, mellow tartness, weird smoke, rubber, odd paprika & vinegar finish. Semi-sweet & sloppy. Medium low carb. Soft & needy. I'm confused. Can't finish this. Friday, April 28, 2023

If there was some pink in there, this one got old & faded. Earthy, murky/unripe fruit nose with a touch of sour. Zippy tartness & astringent berry-ness. Pit, wax, Pippin sour, minerally, long yeasty finish. Could have done with a smidge of sweetness. Harsh carbonation, thin & a bit bit boozy Low point of the few I tried. Saturday, April 22, 2023

Minerally, half tart, slighty veggie, white grape nose. Taste is drastically different. Tart & sweet, lightly floral, green peppers, lime. Yeasty, sort of savory, grassy finish with a touch of booze. Not a lot of the abrasiveness usually found in Wickson. Thin, super carbed, easy abv for the list. Friday, April 21, 2023

Bold forced carb & refreshing. Saline, furry, Aspirin, leafy, bittersweet edging bitter. Minerally, white grape, earthy, low tart, sparkling wine. Light lemon & aged yeast on the finish. Fantastic lace. Wine vinegar nose). sour, fruity, raspberry, tart. Great. Taste similar. Sour but not puckering, well balanced but very interesting. Raspberry, wine vinegar, and sherbet, fizzy.
