This isn’t a sour, but it is brewed with grapes. |
Originally posted by Beerlando This is what I’ve heard about the blend of V006: Raspberries, sour orange (sour avant garde?), cuvee de tomme, raspberry mead, cheap red wine, and Angel’s Share aged on Cabernet Franc grapes. So, at least part of the blend was supposedly aged on grapes. |
Dogfish Head Midas Touch is made with muscat grapes. Not a sour, but still a good beer. |

Alvinne Alvino, made with grapes we grow our own (grapes are about 4 months on the beer, later aged for some more months on Bourgogne Barrel). Becaus we use grapes from our backyard, the volmue is limited to about 400 l a year (2 barrique) |

NG Unplugged Berliner is aged on Muscats I believe. |
Originally posted by FlssmrBrewAlum In what way are there grapes in this. I thought it was just a blend of different batches and barrels. |
Montegioco often uses grapes (also locally grown) for many of their beers, and the results are usually excellent. |
