Given its Commercial Description ("Concept beer, recipe changes with each bach (sic).), I’m fairly surprised this beer is in the database. Note well, it doesn’t bother me that the beer IS in the database. It just surprises me.

For a while the Chinook/Willamette version was on at the mill itself while the listing said Cascade. (I know... frustrating.) They should be easy to separate though: the Willamete version was way more floral and fresh while the Cascade version is rounded of with dark (fruit) notes.
