Message martjoobolut beers 9886 º places 738 º 05:13 Fri 7/21/2017 I think it is not mentioned, but in Tallinn Uber works well and is rather cheap. There is also an app called Taxify (for ordering a taxi) I often use, but it is a bit more expensive than Uber.
