ManVsBeer	3.4 Adnams Big Skies Can from Asda Supermarket, Manchester. Slightly deeper clear golden with a small head. It's fairly smooth in texture, strong but its taste is still more dominant. Hoppy, grittier tropical fruits, which sometimes feel like caramels. Thursday, May 9, 2024
Garrold	4.1 Adnams Both Barrels Bottle. From a petrol station in Brancaster Staithe, the name of which I forget. But it’s the only petrol station there, so there you go. 9%. Clear dark brown. Decent slim beige foam. Nose has bonfire toffee. Rich sweet malt. Dark sweet cherry. Bit of coffee truffle. Bit of Morello cherry. Taste is sweet with a fruity woody bitterness. Slick and fairly rich with fine brisk carbonation. Wordy and fruity bitterness to finish. Don’t get the low average here. There’s everything to like about it. Wednesday, May 8, 2024

imdownthepub	3.4 Adnams / Vocation Balmy Days Cask conditioned at the Three Fishes, Shrewsbury. Gold with white head. This proved to be quite a light beer from the off, some bitterness, some dryness. There is a lemon citrus note to it, clean and crisp. Pretty fair. Monday, April 29, 2024

Chestnut-brown with an off white head and quite a strong carbonation. Tropical fruit and rye bread and pine and nuts and orange. Clear late straw coloured body, clingy lacing, covering white head. Lemony hops on the nose, mid-dry. Quite similar taste of lemony hops joined by yeasty fruitiness, and grainy malts. madmitch76	3.8 Adnams / Vocation Balmy Days 31st March 2024 Can. Almost clear bright gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Slightly thin malts, but smooth and bringing enough sweetness for this IPL. Crisp pine. Thin but juicy orange, mild peel bitterness. Bright light piney lemon really spruces this one up. Pinch of lemon sherbet does not hurt either. Light crisp finish. The aroma is soft, quite mellow, floral candied lemon character and some grain, The taste is firmly dry, snap of bitterness, rather floral, fragrant, verbena, some grain, biscuit, some tannin, waxy lemon peel and pomelo with a drying finish. madmitch76	3.6 Adnams / Lost Abbey Bingo Lady 13th March 2024 Cask at the Shakespeare's Head Spoons. Clear pale gold beer, tidy bubbly white head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Airy malts, slightly thin. Hops kick in with some floral bitterness, that I would presume is Magnum. Looking for Lemondrop loveliness but am disappointed to find it's been used in a most Scrooge like manner. Some delightful lemon candy but it should be front and centre for me. Light floralness and a smidge of esters on the semi dry finish. Nice enough but a missed opportunity to me. Wednesday, March 13, 2024
