Triple Rock Rivethead Red
On tap @ Triple Rock. Clear red/amber colored beer with some khaki foam on top. A little bit above your typical brewpub amber ale here, but not going to get too crazy about this. It has some herbal, floral, woody, and citrusy hop aromas. But, those qualities are all sort of muddled and mixed together. Get mostly just a sweet toast and caramel malt character to this beer. Sort of an herbal, woody, and earthy finish. Itís fine.

Triple Rock Reverse Nelson
On tap @ Triple Rock. Clear, pale, straw colored beer with a white head. Found this to be a nice, light, clean beer. Has a bit of pear ester to it, some apple as well. But citrus forward hops with aromas of orange and tangerine. Has a bit of melon and fruity pebbles, too. Light sweetness of bready malts and the fruity hops and esters. Enjoyable offering.

Triple Rock Monkey Head Arboreal Ale
Bottle @ Triple Rock. Thanks to the guy next to me at the bar for sharing a bit with me. Pours a bright, clear, orange color with a short-lived white head. This beer is mostly just sweet more than anything. I get a whole lot of candied orange, caramel, and simple syrup. Thereís a big time sugar quality to the flavor as well. Some sweetened dried fruits like orange and peach, some baked apple as well. I wouldnít order this for myself, but at like $7 for a $ 750 ml of high boost beer...I can see why itís popular.

Triple Rock Cut the Sunshine
On tap @ Triple Rock. Sort of a cola colored beer. Thereís a very, very roast forward aroma to this. Itís almost burnt tasting and smelling, in fact. I get a bit of peach, lemon, and banana. But this beer is really about the roast and burnt qualities, which Iím not a huge fan of.

Triple Rock Specifically Pacifica
On tap @ Triple Rock. Pours a golden color with some white foam. Opens up with aromas of honey, grass, and lemon peel. Thereís a nice juicy orange quality to it, too. Fairly bready malt profile. Aroma is fine but nothing great. Flavor is a little more hop forward, interestingly. Thereís a good bit of lemon, orange, and fresh grass. Lightly herbal, too. Mild bitterness, some sweet bread, and a touch of biscuit.

Triple Rock EL 342
On tap @ Triple Rock. Clear golden beer with white foam. Woah, this is really caramel heavy and super malty. Quite a sweet beer, which I wasnít expecting. Donít really get a whole lot of hop character at all, which is kind of a bummer as I like both El Dorado and HBC 342. I guess thereís a touch of citrus zest and some grassy bitterness, but totally overshadowed by the syrupy malt character.

Triple Rock Star Belly
On tap @ Triple Rock. Light yellow beer with a white head. Really a much more fruit forward beer than the Plain Belly. Tons of apricot, orange, and lemon. Has some grassy and pithy bitterness to it. Get a decent amount of bready malt and some mild to moderate sweetness, but really just a lot better mouthfeel than the plain version. Not too bad, definitely better than Plain Belly.

Triple Rock Plain Belly
On tap @ Triple Rock. Clear pale yellow beer with a white head. Kind of a lemony beer. Thereís a lot of orange peel, definitely some lemony twang, and some grass. Quite a dry beer. A decent bit of bready malt and some cracker. Finishes kind of acidic, actually. Not terribly bitter either. Just a kind of forgettable beer all around.

On tap @ Triple Rock. Clear golden orange beer with some white foam. The nose on this is crazy fruity. Tons of pineapple, grapefruit, orange, and peach. Really nice citrus all the way through. Has a little bit of a dankness as well. Light bitterness and oily quality of orange rind. Nice juicy grapefruit flavor to it as well. Really crushable beer.

On tap at Triple Rock. It pours a brown color with a khaki head. The aroma has a little coffee, roasted malt, some plum and orchard fruit. The flavor has some coffee, a little raisin bread, fruit and soil. A very weird concept. The Witbier character doesnít really come through much.

Triple Rock Single Hop Experience - Waimea
On tap at Triple Rock. It pours a clear pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma is a bit herbal and earthy. Like fresh soil with maybe some onion and citrus. A little disappointed with this hop.

On tap at Triple Rock. It pours a clear, light pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma has bright citrus with background tropical fruit and florals. Very nice. The flavor has solid floral and citrus with some pear and white grape. Light floral bitterness. It shows a little bit of sweetness in the finish, but very light maltiness. Pretty nice. Great hop character, but the carbonation was a little low which hurt the mouth feel a bit.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a pale yellow color with an off white head. The aroma has tangerine, grapefruit and hints of lime. It definitely delivers on the citrus, but not real potent. The flavor has some spicy/earthy notes with light hints of vegetables. A little dank citrus. Hints of cardboard in the finish. Low to medium spicy bitterness. A bit unpleasant, but not terrible.

Triple Rock Cloudia
On tap at the brewery. The brewer says this is an homage to the cloudy east coast IPAís. Surprisingly it pours a pretty clear yellow gold color. Not cloudy in the slightest. The aroma is very dank. Mostly dank pot with balancing notes of citrus. The flavor also has strong notes of dank pot up front with some melon notes. Soft on the palate. Low bitterness, but it has a weird doughy yeast thing going on in the finish. The hops are a bit on the weak side as well. Low carbonation.

Triple Rock Single Hop Experience - HBC 291
On tap at the brewery. It pours a pale golden color with a small white head. The aroma is hoppy with notes of blueberry and grapefruit. Sweet on the nose. The flavor is drier with the same blueberry/grapefruit and a soft bready malt backbone. Light crystal malt and piney/floral bitterness. Hint of mint in the finish. Still a touch on the sweet side, but hoppy enough to keep things pleasant. I like the character of this hop.

On tap @ Triple Rock. Mostly clear straw colored beer with some white foam. Has a pretty nice fruity hop character, here. Thereís a good bit of melon, green grape, and citrus fruits. Light bready malts and bitterness. Thereís a sort of tangy citrus and generic "tropical" fruit character to the flavor. Nice funky grape flavor, too. Maybe a little lacking in body/mouthfeel, but overall not too shabby.

On tap @ Triple Rock. Slightly cloudy golden beer with a white head. This was a real letdown as I like these two hop varieties a lot. Very earthy and grassy on the nose with a strong bitterness and oily citrus quality on the tongue. Thereís some sweet bready malt and biscuit, which is actually kind of nice...overall, this is a bit of a miss, though.

Triple Rock Watwozee
On tap @ Triple Rock. Clear golden beer with white foam. Thereís a crazy fruitiness to the nose. Big time passion fruit, white grape, melon, orange, and lime. Pretty heavy on the Sauvignon blanc notes. Juicy, a little catty maybe, and somewhat floral. Thereís a bit of a misplaced sweetness to the beer, particularly in terms of the flavor. Light to moderate bitterness as well and a pretty good fruit character remains, though not as nice as the nose.
