rumore	3.4 Mikkeller Side Eyes 33cl can on a SAS flight. The beer is almost at room temperature. Pours (in a plastic cup) loaded blonde, fairly transparent, with abundant medium grained white foam. Aroma is malty and caramel, even barely into molasses. Still, it is not excessive. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, quite enjoyable. Final is average in intensity, malty. Taste has sour redcurrant, pomegrenate & nectarine stone over a brioche-like malt base surrounded by funky vinegar, herbal rosehip & some soap. Tart finish, still fruity, funky and vinegary but slightly flowery-soapy too. Sherry-like alcohol remains subtle. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Interesting concoction, I like this. Attaque : amertume forte, pain grillé en rétro-olfaction, notes herbacées mêlées à un léger côté fruits noirs, l'amertume persiste en longueur mais on s'accoutume. tightslice	3.7 Mikkeller X-mas Porter 2012 Fra Til Via (From To Via) Tequila Bottle from Knightly Spirits in Orlando, FL. Aroma is very mild chocolate, stale wood, vanilla. Taste is slightly tangy coffee, chocolate, something herbal, maybe woody. Tequila? Maybe a bit of tang and earthy notes in there. Not sure I can tell. Definitely remnants of a porter but overall an apparition of a beer that once was, it's difficult to distinguish much after 12 years. I wonder what this beer tasted like in it's prime.
