labeerinthum	3.1 Birra Chiara con Farina di Marroni Bottiglia. Gushing! Il gusto a naso viene attratto dal miele. La finezza olfattiva è normale e in modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca e agrumi. Wednesday, January 18, 2023

SinH4	3.1 Cajun Lom Bottle. Hazy dark orange color with almost no head. Aroma is nuts, chestnuts, sweet malts, a touch straw. Taste is the same, quite nutty, not sure if I would have guessed chestnuts if I hadn't known. Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Decent! Thursday, August 22, 2019
Fin	3.7 Cajun Lom Bottle courtesy of Dave, many thanks!. Consumed with München Ratebeer Tasting group at Jonas's, Garching, Wednesday 21st August 2019. Soft in the mouth, the nuttiness is a little creamy, great aroma, lots of nuts, also a little caramel. Easy going and like Dave says it's certainly not unlike a British Nut Brown, but for me its softer, any even the ever so slight bitterness and tang in a nut brown is completely softened here. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. teorn88	3.1 Cajun Portale Keg at La Cantinetta, Rimini. This beer poured a very dark color, almost black and formed a nice huge medium tan sudsy head that left some nice lace as it subsided. It had an aroma of malt, coffee and lightly of chocolate. The flavor was of malt, coffee and some chocolate. Avrei pensato ad un fusto contaminato se non avessi letto la recensione precedente. Evidentemente c’è qualcosa di strano nei lieviti. Highish carbonation, quite dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has a soft metallic edge, but not in a bad way. Hay, grassy, fresh citrus peel. Lingering soft bitterness. emotv	3.7 Cajun Lom Found this beer. At a bazzar at every months first saturday it is take a place. In piazza de Santa Croce. They have couple of home brewing beers and also amazing italian beers. They give this for free and they told me it was the second awarded 2008 brewing contest. Well I think i am going to love spice/herb/Vegetable style. Very Brown and cloudy colour. And small head.
