Ingredients: Pale Malt; Goldings, Challenger & Bramling Cross hops.

Bottles have been sterile filtered since May 2006.

An English Ale with a distinctive flavour of dark toffee and caramel combined with a crisp bitterness derived from using rare Bramling Cross hops. Tropical and berry fruits from the mix of hops, in particular the rare Bramling Cross which adds black and redcurrants. Challenger in the boiling copper gives robust bitterness and this is balanced by the sweetness from the pale and crystal malts.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2022 Finding this bottle at the carrefour, Sevilla Este. Drinking and enjoying it with my Peruvian family, two days ago at my rented flat, at Sevilla Este. Beautiful copper body, low carbonation, thin white foam. Not brewed at the origin place, in the hands of green king. A typical English ale, not great but it makes the job. The taste is light, watery with some light toasted malt, few note of toffee, a bit fruity, rather dry and mineral, some English hop, refreshing.

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2020 Can, 50cl Systembolaget. Clear amber with a warm white foam, dissipates fairly quick with lacings left on the glass. Nose is pretty rich with malt, toffee, caramel and apricot. Taste is black currant notes beautifully balanced on a malty ground, slight bitter and wattery in the finish. Small tiny bubbles, oily texture - well made.
