COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In collaboration with our good friends at Newbarns Brewery, Scotland, we have created a Double Stout. Taking inspiration from an imperial stout, we have created a rich and full bodied double stout. A smooth mouthfeel with roasted coffee aromas has been backed up with a robust bitterness.

Martinsh (2851) - Crewe, Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAR 24, 2024
UPDATED: MAR 24, 2024 On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe (@ 4.8%). Pours almost black with a small foamy beige head and excellent lacing. There’s burnt toast aand coffee in the aroma. Coffee again to the fore in the mouth where it is quite sharp / bitter. Flavour also has roasted malts, bread crusts and hints of liquorice, cola, ginger and dark fruits – a lovely exotic mix. The finish is dry and decidedly bitter – with some fruity touches. The is really good, almost excellent – there’s plenty of bite for its strength.

Leighton (33727) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 7, 2024
UPDATED: FEB 7, 2024 Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours black-brown with a tight, creamy tan head. Light sweet flavour with rich dark malt character, ashy roast, burnt toast, earth, baking cocoa, a few raisins. Light bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish, bittersweet, more ash, earth, cocoa. Solid. Great for the ABV.
