bdleedahl (6782) - , NETHERLANDS - OCT 7, 2021
UPDATED: OCT 7, 2021 Nice classic stout, not imperial. But very nice charcoal roast dominating, even quite unique. Lots of flavour and depth for the abv. Bier konig Amsterdam

Bamsen78 (8423) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUN 22, 2021
UPDATED: JUN 22, 2021 Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of malt, with notes of coffee and caramel, and touches of yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of yeast and touches of caramel malt. Roasty and coffeelike aftertaste. Decent. Not watery, which is one of the most significant features og a good stout for me.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2021 Bottled, 330ml from Beers of Europe, Setchey, Norfolk. Black with tan head. Full and roasty dark malts to the fore, sweet chocolate notes along with a milky coffee flavour. Some berried fruits, there is a note of raspberry coming though. A good pleasant stout but hardly an Imperial Stout in my mind.

nathanvc (5975) - Gent, BELGIUM - MAY 23, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 23, 2020 Bottle from Geers, Oostakker. Pours hazy black with a stable, foamy, dark beige head. Aroma of coffee roast, dark chocolate, burnt toast, earth, roasted hazelnut, chestnut, tobacco. Taste has sweetish dark fruit, milk chocolate, brown bread & nuts, quite bitter core of coffee roast & earth pairing with an almost leathery umami note. Dry, earthy hoppy, very roasted finish, leaning towards espresso & tobacco with creamy chocolate in the back. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Not yet 'Imperial' but provides enough Stout qualities, nice.

simontomlinson (6646) - Lancashire, ENGLAND - MAY 17, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 17, 2020 Cool pull top! Rocky tan head left a cover on a jet black still body. Malt & roasted aroma. Medium bodied, nicely carbonated with a clean back. Roasted, nutty, berries, tobacco & malt tastes with a bitter tangy finish. Nice!
