ANZUShophunter (3653) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - MAY 11, 2024
UPDATED: MAY 11, 2024 From can (BB 12/12/24) in lager glass. Pours clear deep gold w/cm of white foam that settled into thin layer which left a bit of late coating. Grainy & lightly fruity throughout, fairly frail finish.

lagermaster (3) - - JAN 26, 2023 does not count
UPDATED: JAN 26, 2023 On tap at the Delungra hotel. Cleanest line in the country for new. It’s a full strength, no nonsense typical Aussie pigs ear. Blokes looking for a personality or a golden circle convention should steer clear. Kind of beer that the bloke with heart burn avoiding his wife wandering the pub for a yarn swears by. A strong white head that follows to the bottom. Best in class

Grumbo (20243) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - OCT 22, 2022
UPDATED: OCT 22, 2022 22/10/2022. Can at the Black Anchor Bar, Norfolk Island. Pours clear golden amber with a lasting firm creamy white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruit, grain, sweet corn. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, quite creamy, average carbonation. Bittersweet and just slightly tart metallic finish. Better than I remember it being from previous visits to Australia.

BlackHaddock (15550) - The County Time Forgot, Shropshire, ENGLAND - AUG 21, 2021
UPDATED: AUG 21, 2021 Twist top 375ml bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 30th Nov 2021. Drank at home on 20th August 2021. Golden pour, decent head. I thought this OK, certainly not as bad as I was expecting. Pleasant blend of light hops and semi-sweet malts. Nothing exciting or world beating, but it's a lot better than the average score it's got on RateBeer.

Beese (17382) - Tooting, London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 5, 2020
UPDATED: JAN 5, 2020 750ml bottle from Morrison’s, Hatch End and drunk on 17/04/2006. Crikey, this is a bad beer, even by macro, pale lager standards. What minimal flavour there was was metallic and chemically and just unpleasant. Horribly overcarbonated too.

k0mpsa (3785) - Tuusula, FINLAND - FEB 23, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 23, 2019 Bottle. Golden color, white head. Aroma has malts and some fruity notes. Malty body, hint of hops and fruit. Basic watery lager.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2019 My go to tap beer when I’m at a pub, not that great out of a can or bottle but delicious draught beer(weird phenomenon) Taste: mild - medium bitterness, low hops and slight metallic taste Body: the way lager should be with a moderate head Smell: smells like my early 20s late teens
