from Schoentjes - cloudy orange beer with a long lasting white foam; nice lace; yeasty and peachy aroma, hints of melon; creamy palate and with a good malt backbone; light sweetness lasting in a long fruity and yeasty finish

GSAP (901) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 14, 2015
UPDATED: JAN 15, 2015 Mooie plakkerige dikke kraag op oranjegeel. Aroma van vers fruit. Smaak wederom fruit met honing en wat bitter tinten. Hapt fijn weg, CO2 in verhouding. Tap @ La Moustache, Tongeren, BE.

Trappist1 (646) - Diest, BELGIUM - AUG 27, 2014
Yellow hazy color with nice white head. Nose is malty, grainy, yeast, some lemon, sugarish. Taste is malts, grain, yeast, very hoppy (without adding flavors). Dry and bitter, sweetish touch in the finish, long lasting. Refreshing. Not the typical Belgian ale. Not bad, worth the try. Technical correct beer.

Bottle @ home. Slightly unclear yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly herbs and sweetness. Maybe some honey and a slight bitter hint towards the end. Average to medium body and carbonation.

77ships (14200) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 30, 2013
33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from De Hopduvel in Gent. Purchased upon recommendation from BoBoChamp. Bottled on 13/08/2013. Ingredients include dandelion, corn, rye, spices,… Interesting. Bright clear golden with little white head. Nose is heavy on plastic (BE hops, I assume) combined with a strange citrus, cornbread, sugary sweetness. Sweet sugary (white) upfront some sweet bread & cornbread, apples, sweet almost lemonade lemon, plastic, bitter hops in the back, BE ones, light booze. Oily, body reminds me a bit of lemonade. Not bad but a bit less stellar & different than expected.
