UPDATED: MAY 13, 2023 Re-rate: Poured from 750mL bottle (2012 vintage). Clear orangey gold with very minimal white head. Seems like minimal fermentation occurred on this one (didn’t win the lottery). A bit flat, very soft funk, decent. Sept 17, 2022 input (8/4/8/4/17=Poured from bottle @ FHF 2022 (notes from Aug 06, 2022). Quite hazy orange with minimal white head. Really nice barnyard funk quality, good complexity.

UPDATED: JUL 23, 2022 n°41• 1920 Pours golden slightly hazy with no head. Hay, barnyard, sour berries, lemon, wood. Medium body and flat carbonation.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2022 9-3-8-5-17 Bottle, no 41 1920, two years after bottling. Pours orange golden, with a small rocky head. Aroma is tart notes of hay and farmhouse, with citrus and bretty notes of grass, as well as wine grapes, tannins and wooden barrels. Medium body, with almost no carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay, farmyard notes and bretty fruits with citrus and berries, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Dry, wooden finish.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2022 Mostly clear gold with a thin ring of white head. Aroma is lemon, sulfur, barnyard, and leather. Taste is medium sour, light bitter, and very light sweet.
