Bue au tonneau à la BFM. Mon préféré des 3 Dry Shopping proposés. Arômes de fruits jaunes très agréable et rondeur plus marquée.

Bue au cask et à température ambiante aux Portes Ouvertes de BFM à Saignelégier, couleur ambrée, pas de mousse ni d’effervescence, une bière avec une grosse attaque sur l’amertume et une continuité sur la poire étonnant.
