COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Today we introduce Kick.Kick.Snare, a dry-hopped Berliner weisse. This 3.1% rustic wheat beer was fermented solely with lactobacillus, then lightly dry-hopped with Citra and Cascade for an intensely acidic and juicy experience. Bright acidity highlights flavors of peaches, apricots, and citrus. Is it cold outside? I hadn’t noticed.

Draft - Super bubbly beer but has a very thin head. Nice clear yellow color with a slight haze, really good looking beer. Very slight smell. Super tart taste which is great. Crip and clean on the palate. There is a fruit flavor component to this beer but the flavor is so light it’s hard to taste. Only 3.5% ABV which is nice at times but I think the lower alcohol really leaves some the flavor on the cutting room floor. Still a good easy drinking Berliner Weisse.

Draught @ the brewpub in Shaw. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and cheese with stron vinous notes and hints of hops. Sour but not aggressive flavour with estery notes and hints of dust and hops. Fruity nuances. Acidic aftertaste with estery notes. A very decent BW, easily drinkable and civilised. Good.

lamas (1732) - Washington DC, USA - SEP 29, 2017
Draft at Brookland Pint, Washington, DC. Served in a big round snifter. Arrived at the table a piss-yellow color with a thin beige head. The aroma featured a surprising amount of pine, grapefruits, and zesty citrus rinds along with some tart peaches, vinous notes, vinegar, Brett, and lacto qualities. Went down fairly thin, crisp, and dry. Tart peaches, sour lemons, vinegar, Brett, lactose, grapefruits, and zesty rinds dominated taste-wise. Acidic and salty-like qualities showed up throughout. Outstanding!

Draft sample at the Brookland location. The beer is a hazed yellow with a white head of foam. Aroma has stone fruity all over the place. Big acidity and juicy notes. Delicious and refreshing. Medium body and medium carbonation.

Super pale, straw yellow coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of grass, apples, light fruit and citrus and a smooth and subdued hoppy note. Light-bodied; Very mild and subdued sour and tart notes throughout with fruit, mostly tropical, but apples as well, along with a light funk from the yeast and some subdued grass as well. Aftertaste is dry and mellow with more sour fruits and mild dry hops than anything else, but very nice and ultra refreshing. Overall, a very good beer for the style and one of the first R.P beers that is anywhere close to the hype surrounding the name of this brewery. Worth trying to find, especially if you like Berliner Weisses, as I haven't had a Berliner Weiss this good since I last left Berlin, itself. I sampled this sixteen ounce pour on draught at Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 19-September-2017 for US$5,00 sampled at the end of my driveway.
