UPDATED: APR 16, 2022 Bottle at East Quay, Watchet. Clear golden colour with medium carbonation. Much less acidic and dry than the Kingston Black varietal and much less interesting as a result. Has a pleasantly floral taste with subtle dessert apple flavours, but a little bland after the Kingston Black.

UPDATED: AUG 10, 2021 500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear gold, brief white bubbled head. Aroma is quite a fruity and floral apple, sugars, leather. Taste is ripe fruity apples, semi-dry, semi-sweet, a slight bittersweet apple peel tang in the finish, smooth body, moderate carbonation. Its good.

UPDATED: MAY 15, 2019 0.5 l bottle from local 'Getränke Hoffmann', apparently bottled in November 2018. Clear, golden with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white layer. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity and a bit woody aroma of ripe apples, some wood and hints of walnut. Gently sweet, slightly sour, quite woody-dry and rather fruity taste of ripe apples, wood and a touch of walnut, followed by a short, slightly tart, fairly woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Another nice cider from Sheppy's, not too sweet and really well-balanced.

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2018 Light golden color. Nice crisp mildly sweet mouth with apples, cinnamon and whiskey nose. Very light body deceivingly easy to drink. Light lingering whisky finish. interesting.

500ml bottle as 6.5% abv. Clear golden color. Brief bubbly white head, disappears. Apples, sour, bit of leather and cube of yeast in aroma. Sweet, apples, twiggy, caramel, yeast, woody in taste. Apples, caramel, juicy and twiggy in aftertaste. Quite flat carbonation. Solid cider.

Sweet fruity aroma, some toffee, some vanilla and wood. Sweet soft apple flesh taste, with some sugariness. Sweetish palate. Finish leaves you with the sugary smacking of the lips, but a nice dryness is evident too, and a tanniny bite.

Botella. Clear golden colour. Apple 🍎 sweet light rubber aroma. Sweet apple flavour, filling, light bitterness, nice fruity apple cider.

0,5l bottle shared. Appearnace: A clear golden body, with no head.Aroma: sour apples. Taste: sour apples, and a dry finish fizzy carbonation(not annoying) , medium body. Solid imho.

Bottle from Booths, Media City. Pale golden with a small carbonation, is a dry cider with lots of apple flavour. Its strength is evident but not really a factor in its taste. Has plenty of aroma.

Bottle from Booths. Pours blond with a rim of white bubbles. Crisp clean apple taste with a dry finish. Refreshing, but a little light on flavour. OK.
