UPDATED: JUN 6, 2023 Flesje gedronken tijdens vakantie. Amberkleurig bier, licht troebel met matig schuim dat als een film blijft liggen. Aroma van salmiak. Smaak is bitterzoet en fruitig. Nasmaak is zoet en hoppig.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2022 Das vierzehnte Bier aus dem French Craft Brewers Adventskalender. Ich versuche meine Vorurteile im Zaum zu halten, als ich auf dem Etikett lese, dass es sich um ein Bio-Bier handelt. Es riecht nach feuchtem Mostkeller und Stroh. Es ist trüb und hellbraun. Die gemischt porige Krone ist sehr übersichtlich und fast sofort wieder zusammengefallen. Beim Antrunk haben wir Toffee Geschmack und der Alkohol von 7,7% ist schon präsent. Er wird dann im Abgang noch stärker, was zu Geschmacksnoten von Likör führt, jedoch ohne sich konsequent auf einen Geschmack festzulegen. Rezenz ist auch da , meiner Ansicht nach für ein Starkbier aber wenig passend. Ansonsten kommt nichts mehr nach, der Hauptanteil des Geschmacks kommt aus dem Antrunk und im Alkohol. Am Gaumen bleibt auch der alkoholische Geschmack zurück. Für mich nicht ausreichend für die vorderen Plätze. 12-2018

UPDATED: DEC 9, 2021 From the Bottle 29/07/2011 Malt and some hop aromas. Slight carbonation. Golden coloured smooth on the palate and fruity with a hint of bitterness and dryness in a lasting malt finish. As Tregor Dremmwel (2007)

Robe or sombre, légèrement voilée. Mousse faible et éphémère. Le nez de la Dremwell, sur le pain, la brioche, le malt léger. En bouche, les arômes du nez ressortent, avec pas mal de corps. Une légère pointe d'astringence, mais le houblon s'exprime très peu, on est vraiment sur le malt. Très agréable.

Creamy whitre good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Nice yeasty/fruity notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Bräunliche Farbe Schaum ok, süßlich malziger Duft, Geschmack Malz leicht Hefe etwas Karamell

33cl Flasche. Hellbraunes Bier, kaum Schaum. Verbrannter Zucker und etwas Hefe in der Nase. Geschmack nach Malz, kräuter und Karamell.

Appearance with amber color, cloudy liquid and low foaming. aroma of alcohol, yeast and caramel. Taste is sweet (caramel) and toasted. On the palate, acidity and bitterness.

330ml bottle from my big brother’s hols. Pours a clear amber with no head. Aromas of hay, meadows, light caramel. Taste has more of the same. Quite thin, with a clean, dry finish. Ok.
