UPDATED: AUG 27, 2023 From Steve's liquor on Junction road. Unable to add the place and no customer service. Aromas are citrus, slightly old resin hops and wet grain. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet and add in a touch of caramel. A bit of alcohol in the finish but otherwise a velvet hammer.

UPDATED: JUN 22, 2023 A golden-orange beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has grapefruit, pine, fructose, some orange and mandarin. Taste has grapefruit, pine, some fructose, then strong and piney bitterness dries the mouth. Medium+ bodied. Great beer, strong bitterness, fresh.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2022 35cl Blik van Beer Republic. Iets mistig oranjegouden kleur, witte kraag. Veel citrus, licht bloemig, fruitig, grapefruit, ananas, sinaasappelmarmelade, licht moutig, goed bitter. Niet zo boozy als verwacht, drinkt verraderlijk makkelijk weg. Medium tot volle body. Zou graag nog eens een echt verse willen drinken.

UPDATED: JAN 29, 2022 355 ml can. Cloudy hazy orange, big stable foamy head. Mango, resin, grapefruit zest, pineapple, passion fruit, spicy hops, pine, lime juice, booze. Intense hoppy bitterness, boozy fruity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, hoppy bitter finish with a light boozy warmth. Excellent!

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2022 Hazy dark blond colour with thin head. Great balance of sweet malts and intense well rounded hop bitterness. Elements of caramelised pineapple. Nicely bitter. Full bodied.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2021 Beer Republic advent day 23. Pours light hazed golden orange, with a beige cap. Aroma: malt, grapefruit citrus, dank. Taste: light to moderate sweet & moderate bitter, super malty, grapefruit, caramel, citrus, resin. Medium body with soft carbonation. Hefty old school imperial IPA

UPDATED: SEP 10, 2021 Can from Craftissimo at home. Medium dark ruby copper clear pour with puffy white head. Aroma is dank pineapple and pine with alcohol. Taste is huge alcohol and resinous bitterness with a bread and biscuit. Palate is slightly rich with light carbonation. West coastish. Good!

UPDATED: APR 10, 2021 Can pours a slightly hazy light amber color with a big soapy, frothy off white head that lingers on leaving lots of lace on glass. Aromas of pine, citrus, perfume and spice. Tastes of resin, grapefruit, lemon, some sweet caramel and pepper (rye) maybe? Medium to heavy body, tingly carbonation, soft mouthfeel and a mildly bitter finish. This is big, bold and balanced. The B’s! Alcohol is hidden well and the hop flavors are smooth! Well done.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2021 Lots of pines. Very bitter and grassy. Lots of alcohol warmth. Beastly amount of hops. Lol. Full bodied. Malty. Some caramel sweetness. Bold flavours. Definitely tasty, just not too balanced. Smooth.
