COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Jack Hammer has been single handedly ripping it up for quite some time. Now this IPA, has spawned four hammer head off-springs.

Chili Hammer is the third of our super-charge hyped up hybrids. Chili and American hops combine for a flavour bigger than Texas. A star spangled burst of citrus, with grapefruit and mango, finally succumbs to a smooth chili kick. Let this hot tempered brute devour your senses.

Ingredients: water, barley, hops, chilli, yeast.

330ml can share from BrewDog Online in 2016. Hazy mid golden. Aroma of grapefruit, tropical fruits, bready malt. Flavour initially similar to Jackhammer, but the heat creeps in at the back on the throat. Nice, and not OTT.

Can. Golden to amber, some chill haze and floaties, offwhite cream. Grassy and orangepeel hop notes with a light metallic note. Medium full body. Hay and cracker malt, fruit-salad hops, pine, fruity sweetness which then immediately gets cut by chili in the aftertaste. Leaves with a light burn and peachy/piney hops retronasal. Fun.

330 ml can into glass. Pours a hazy amber with a huge bubbly white head. High carbonation with a few floaters. Aroma is sweet and malty with a touch of fruit. Good body, a little spritzy. There's a little hop bitterness but mostly this is just a chili beer. Better than some but just a spicy gimmick and hard to enjoy.

33cl can from Wolter's, Grevenmacher, Luxembourg!
Pours golden orange with a solid head. Aroma has fruity hops and some spices. Taste has some chili, fruity hops, apple and spices. Lots of burning chili in the finish.

Hazy off yellow with some thin white head. Aroma of tropical fruit hops, sticky citrus. And then the taste is surprising! Nice smooth, sweet, bitter IPA-ness then this chili comes sneaking out towards the end. Builds and builds with each sip. Perhaps not a ’great’ or ’classic’ beer, but very tasty and a bit of fun.

330ml Dose. Golsen mit leichter Trübung und mittelgroßer Schaumkrone. Etwas muffig. Leicht hopfig. Feine Bitternoten. Sehr trocken mit Chili im Abgang.

Golden colouor, small head that fades soon, small irregular lace. Aroma of tropical fruits, fresh hops, some chili, pine. Full creamy body, lively carbonation. Taste, well, now there’s a lot of chili that makes hard to appreciate any other thing, but I’ll give it a try: tropical fruits, caramel, resins. Since I’m a lover of spicy hot food, I really can appreciate rhis beer. Very good.
