UPDATED: JAN 25, 2020 Bottle, 2016. Color: In between golden and amber, bit hazy, white head. Aroma: Tart, grapes, Brett funk. Taste: Light to moderate sweet, tart and bitter, nicely balanced. Wheat malt. Fruity white grapes, tannins, some wood. White wine notes. Combined with leathery Brett funk. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Very nice complexity. A lot of flavours to explore in each sip. Very nice.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2019 Bottle (2016)... THIS BEER ROCKS!... Pours hazy and orange with golden highlights and a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. The aroma is a fruity, bright and juicy mélange of peach, sauvignon blanc, pineapple, lime, lemon and cantaloupe. Full-bodied with tingly carbonation. The flavor is tar, fruity and vinous - white wine, oak and a medley of juicy fruits. Finishes fruity, tangy and fairly dry. Super refreshing! WORLD-CLASS BEER!

UPDATED: FEB 27, 2019 From a bottle, vintage 2016. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aromas of peaches and grapes. Flavors are tart, but not overly sour, white grapes. Plenty of effervescence make for a refreshing beer.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2019 50cl Bottle @ Beer Republic, Breda, Netherlands. Golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is grapes, white wine, citrus. Taste is grapes, white wine, citrus, brett, tart, oak, slightly spicy. Medium body, average carbonation.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2018 500ml bottle. Clear, orangey, dark golden colour with average, thick, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Bretty, funky aroma with a white vinous and oaky touch, notes of white grapes, gooseberry, some rhubarb, hints of mustard seed, orange zest, marmalade, a touch of powdered sugar. Taste is mildly tart, vinous, fruity, residual malty sweetness with a touch of powdered sugar, notes of white grapes, gooseberry, light funk, some rhubarb and tangerine, dry, oaky overtones. Superbly balanced and carbonated, homogeneous and integrated, stimulates every single taste bud existent.

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2018 Bottle. Bottled Aug 2016; Drank Dec 2018 - Hazy orangey gold with a good foamy white head. Aroma of grapes, white wine and funky yeast. Taste of white wine, tangy lemon and grapefruit citrus, rind, peach. Yeasty, funk, barnyard. Wood, oaky. Tart tangy grape and citrus fruity yeasty throughout. Ends quite dry and moderately sour fruity. Very enjoyable. Terrific Sour Ale. (2018-12)

Well hidden alcohol, very drinkable, medium to high sourness. Lots of funk, lots of mandarins

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2018 Funky notes, citrus, grapes, cereal and some wood in nose. Pours golden with white head. Taste is moderate sour with citrus, funk, grapes, white wine, some tropical fruits. Finish is tart, average to lively carbo. Overall very good, extremely drinkable.
