C'est mieux au goût, les saveurs sont plus douces et fondues, le malt est puissant, le gingembre présent, l'amer boisé, avec aigreur et ranci.

To wino jeczmienne jest urzekajaca, w pierwszej chwili slodycz jablkowa, cydr odmiany doux po chwili sie pojawia ocet winny, kwasowosc, taniny, winogrona slodkie zmieszane z octem. Fajny balans. Wyglad nie ma nawet zerowej piany, wyglada jak wino gronowe o czerwonej barwie, lekkim refleksem jasnego brazu. Pachnie beczka, bardzo wilgotna i stara beczka, nie ma piany ale to piwo wyraznie placze. Termin uzylem specjalnie i nie bez powodu bo blisko do dobrego wina, a ci co choc srednio znaja sie na winach beda wiedziec o co kaman.

ABV: 9.68%. Hazy medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, oxidide, sweet malt, dried fruit, tart, aceton. Flavor is moderate sweet, light to moderate acidic and acetic (vinegar) with a long duration, vinegar, aceton, dried fruit, caramel, sweet malt.
