After a so-so night spent on inconclusive brews from the taproom, the night ended with a BOOM in a bottle, and what a Boom !!! UPDATED: NOV 11, 2019 33cl Bottle @ Beyond Beer, Eimsbuttel, Germany. Dark brown colour with a thin tan head. Aroma is malt, dried fruits, sweet, whisky, oak. Taste is malt, raisins, caramel, whisky, oak, hints of toffee and nuts. Medium to full body, soft carbonation.

UPDATED: OCT 25, 2019 Bottle at home from the cellar, not sure where from or how long it’s been there, 25th October 19. Pours a clear and very dark brown beer. Aroma is barrel, liquor, caramel. Taste is malt, barrel, wood and whisky, complex, soft wood notes, very interesting.

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2019 330ml bottle. Sweetish, malty and caramely with some toffee, leather, smoke, peaty whiskey notes, oak, wood and vanilla. Quite nicely balanced and tasty malt bomb.

Bottle at home, Almost black beer, small head. Aroma is whisky, roasted malt, liquorice, coffee, wood. Taste is the same, sweet, slight bitter, long vinous aftertaste, very nice.
