beer-yum (3705) - Wellington, NEW ZEALAND - JUL 2, 2023UPDATED: JUL 2, 2023 Grainy aroma in a cloudy light gold pour. Laid back tequila body is pretty much what you are looking for in the style I reckon. The perfect cricket watching beer, unless you are a local and watching the Ashes I guess.
adamnowek (7151) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - AUG 4, 2017Murky golden with a large, bubbly head. Aroma is black pepper, seaweed, and ocean water. Taste is black pepper, lemon, and sea salt. Slightly spicy finish.
77ships (14200) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JUL 30, 2017330 ml. bottle shared. Quite hazy golden, small white head. Nose is some urinal funk gose, dirty barn wheat,… Taste is mellow sour, wheat, urinal funk, too high carbonation,… Pepper finish is really good, plenty of it & highly tasty,… Too high carbonation. Overall not a good gose but the pepper finish is good & tasty. Works amazingly well so I do hope that another brewery tries out this idea.
kraddel (10779) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - JUL 29, 2017Thnx to ships. Pours unclear yellowblone, small white head. Smell is vit salty, hidden pepper undertone, fresh acidic notes. Taste is sharp, mild vegetable peppery notes. Very mild saltyness (barely noticable ) mildly accidic, but overcarbonated, sadly enough. Rather thin body interesting, and nice taste.
Leighton (33717) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 16, 2017Bottle at home in London - picked up at the brewery. Very slow gusher, FYI. Pours hazy gold with a frothy, pure white head. Definitely some dry pepper in the aroma, a little lemon peel, crispy wheat. Light sweet flavour with subtle dry doughy wheat bread, mellow peppery spice, some lemony tang, a little salty bite. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, with more restrained, dry pepper kick, a little salt kick, more lemony accents, moderate pale wheat bread sweetness. Overall, a fun concept executed well.
Lobster15 (100) - - JUL 14, 201733ml Bottle from SWAFFF. Pours yellow and cloudy with a white thick wheat head. Aromas are pepper and sea breeze (yes!). Taste black pepper, sea salt, wheat. Tart salty sour finish. Oily but yet still light mouthfeel. Resembles a Vedett too much in my impression.

madmitch76 (36920) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 28, 20173rd June 2017
Bermondsey bimble with Fin. Keg at the brewery. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly crisp. Light lemony sourness. Nice light savoury note. Touch of orange. Mild black pepper on the airy dry finish. Peppery linger. Didn’t like the sound of this one to be frank but it came out well.
ManVsBeer (19491) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 20, 2017Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Hazy yellow-blonde with a thin head. Has a mild spice that grows in its aftertaste. There’s some lovely mango flavouring here too. It’s certainly not thin for its strength.
