Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeast, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, grass - floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, sweet yeast, wheat, saison yeast, grass - floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190423]

UPDATED: APR 2, 2020 Bottle, courtesy of MiP. Pours hazy light straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, dust, and citrus, with touches of malt. Bitter flavour of citrus and hops, with dusty and estery notes and touches of malt. Dusty and estery aftertaste with citric and funky touches and malty hints. Quide decent, even though the bottle is swveral moths past the BBD.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2020 Bottle, 5.5%. Lemony and faintly funky aroma. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is grapefruity and sourish and finishes dry. Watery aftertaste. Tastes ok, but is not that flavourful.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2020 Proefglas van 44cl-blik. U: Troebel stroblond met een witte schuimkraag. G: Koriander domineert. Lichte citrustoetsen. S: Zoet met een lichte hopbitterheid. Een samenspel van koriander en lichte citrustoetsen. Droge afdronk. M: Doordrinker met medium carbonatie.

Aroma: pretty sourish, funky, bit dirty, fruity, banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of bubble gum, banana, soft bitterness, floral touch, bit soapy. Aftertaste: more bubble gum, spicy, some cloves, sweet touch, floral.

Arôme au bouquet plaisant belge, qcq esters, pointe épicée en retrait - coriandre, fruité sur des effluves plaisantes d'agrumes. Palais est fin malt pils, douceur fine en fin de bouche, houblonné sur belle amertume avec un effet herbacé, boisé-forêt de pin et un côté un peu terreux ponctué par un ajout fruité agrumes, note fine d'épice de coriandre qui perce en fin de bouche.

UPDATED: MAY 11, 2019 Draught. Pours hazy gold with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Medium onion and garlic hops, passion fruit, medium cracker malt, green pepper hops, medium hop bitterness and a dry finish. Medium-light body and moderate carbonation.

UPDATED: JUN 14, 2018 bottle (from april 2017, but expires october 2018) that pours clear extra pale yellow with a small white cap offering some retention and lacing. lots of peppery flowers, combined by citrusy and peppery zaysowanwn yeast action, very rustic cereals, spicy hay, lemon juice with a dash of acidity, white grape fruitiness, tiny splash of tropicalness, lingering peppercorns. healthy carbonation, light body, very dry floral-herbal-citrusy finish. dunno if the aim was a hoppy saison but it is a very nice floral and citrusy/peppery saison.
