33cl glass from tap at blocks and barrels in Groningen. Pours a pinkish colour with an orange glow and a white to pink frothy head. Aroma of strawberry puree, cranberries, brett, roos vicee syrup, slight orange. Taste is soft sweet, light bitter with a moderate dry and sour finish. Notes of Brett, strawberries, cranberries, roos vice syrup, dank, tart. Texture is oily, medium to light bodied with soft carbonation

Cask (Angleterre, Helsinki). Murky pinkish yellow color. Small size, off-white head, stays. Acidic, berries, sour in aroma. Porridge, acidic, sour and grainy in taste. Not for me.

Tap at the junkyard Nottingham. Pours cloudy tomato red. White halo. Aroma lightly fruity. Taste is full pucker sour. Palate is medium bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation, and a long sour linger. One for the Scandinavian market I suspect. But then I am a Sour novice.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - murky red pour with almost no head. Tart fruity with prominent raspberry notes, fruity and light wheaty, light to medium body, tart raspberry finish.

Keg at Tapped, Leeds. A murky pink colour with a thin light pink head. Aroma of tart raspberry, slight wheat, redcurrants and subtle lemon. Taste of tart raspberry, sharp lemon, slight redcurrants, a little wheat and subtle cranberry. Light to medium bodied and a slick texture. A tart and sharp, raspberry finish. A tart and sharp, fruity sour but with a thick, wheaty backbone.
