COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Famous for their Saison Ale, Brasserie Dupont is also renowned in Belgium for their Moinette. This sturdy ale has an herbal bouquet that indicates its well hopped character. But unlike its drier cousin, its body is fuller and rounder with a slightly sweet finish. Delicious before a meal and with foods like marinated meats and barbecue.

Jultsu (1105) - TAMPERE, FINLAND - JUL 26, 2017
BBE 02/2018. Punertava kuulas väri, iso hutera tiskivetivaahto. Tumma tummanmakea viinimarjaisa intensiivinen tuoksu. Suutuntuma kuohuva, makea, semihapokas, pallomaisen kuohuva, hyökkäävä hapokkuus, kuoharimainen kuivuus alkuun, pehmenee ja pyöristyy lämmettyään. Silti pientä metallisuutta, aika tylsä ja yksinuottinen pallo.

vinivini (2577) - Gomel, BELARUS - FEB 3, 2017
Bottle. Pours opaque ruby red to mahogany. Medium bubly beige head that quickly deminishes. Good lacing. Smells of dried fruit. coffee, toffee, spicy yeast. Medium body. the flavour is semi-dry, malty and boozy. Dried fruit, chocolate. Fairly bitter harsh ending coming rather from alcohol than from hops. Not the best balance among its Belgian competitors. Could use some aging.

33 cl. bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy, amber-red colour with a medium sized off-white head. Sweet aroma with fruits, yeasts, caramel, bread, floral and herbal hops. Taste is light sweet. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with dark, dried fruits, herbal and yeasty notes. As the beer warms up - some booze. Lovely Dubbel.
