(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 31 May 2018) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, vanilla, dark chocolate, bourbon and oak wood. Malty, roasted, vinous taste with notes of coffee, cacao, vanilla, bourbon, wood, hints of tart berries and a balanced coffee bitterness. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and tasty, with a certain punch. Very nice.

Black, small white head. Aroma smells like chili peppers though there isn’t any. Hints of cinnamon. Flavor is odd, a bit vegetal, strong coffee, roasty, boozy finish.

This is a great barrel aged brew out of Cinci. I’m sure this one would only get better with age. Enjoy!

Bottle: I love this beer. It’s sweet, but with a beautiful solid backbone of spice and coffee that fills the mouth with flavors. Great beer... can’t wait to try it with some age on it to see how it changes.
