UPDATED: JUL 19, 2021 Pours hazy purple-ish with an off-white head. Aroma has notes of cherry, raspberry, lingonberry, juniper berry and citrus tartness. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long slightly dry, tart, cherry, raspberry and lingonberry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2020 Burk. Disig rödfärgad med ett litet och snart försvinnande rosa skum. Dofter av hallon, rödbetor och jord. Smakinslag av hallon, jordgubbar, rödbetor, jord och sura körsbär. Syrlig och jordig avslutning. Torr munkänsla.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2020 Tap @ Bakgården. Unclear red body with a pink head. Nice aroma of raspberry, beetroot, soil and fruity acidity. Taste is mainly like aroma, refreshing raspberry, rhubarb, blackcurrant and moderate yogurt. Fine body and nice aftertaste. Very refreshing, nice flavor of berries and still a bit different from the lot. Enjoyable.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2020 I Draught /I Medium, stable dense head, piggy pink, over hazy red-terra cotta beer. Lightly sourish nose, red fruit, pickled & caramelized vegetables (in the best way). Not exploding, but intense enough. Soft red fruit, hibiscus, rooibos tea, soft redcurrant, raspberries, other berries, bit earthy. Finish has a touch of raspberry sourish sweets. Light, titillating, light acidtouch. Aftertaste has liquorice. Nice! Little lactic acid for a Berliner, but not the worse for it.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2019 Hazy pink color with large off-white head. Aroma has lingonberry, raspberries and citrus. Taste is fruity with long sour and dry aftertaste. Flavors of lingonberry, raspberry, citrus and lactose.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2019 Can. Murky orange-pinkish color with white head. Aroma is all sorts of berries, not sweet. Taste is lots of berries, wheat, very dry and sour. Oily mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. A bit intense.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2019 Wine style can, 330 ml from Favourite beers, Cheltneham, Gloucs. Cherry to purple with pink head. There is a foreground fruity sourness along with an earthy, vegetable background, presumably beetroot. Fruity sourness is most predominantly cherry but the raspberry also comes through. The sourness is full on throughout but never out of place. Good beer.

Taste starts with light sweet and sour berries, follows by wine, tannins, lactic acid and vegetables with smooth mouthfeel and acetic finish. Light to medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Berliner beats...
