COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Pannepot Reserva was an idea from my brew colleague Carlo who wanted to age Pannepot in genuine French oak barrels (barrique 225 liters). We have brewed 90HL at the end of 2005 which has been aging on oak ever since (14 months). 30 Hl was bottled Tuesday 8th May 2007. 60Hl has been transferred now to second hand calvados oak vessels and will be bottled again early autumn 2007, we will name that batch Pannepot Grand Reserva. As quality and results rule at Struise, the Reserva was already brewed again and aging on oak.

TeLaDoIoGegia (136) - ITALY - APR 5, 2020
UPDATED: APR 28, 2020 Reserva 2017. Complessa e appagante, equilibrio inspiegabile. Birra Gegia.

ElDesmadre (6519) - Jaworze, POLAND - MAR 22, 2020
UPDATED: MAR 22, 2020 Bottle. Vanilla, dry wood, marzipan, dark grapes, port wine, nuts, raisins. Notes of vinegar that don't work well in such a malty beer in my opinion, diminishing the body and cutting through its complexity.

tennisjoel (1846) - Rochester, Minnesota, USA - JAN 28, 2020
UPDATED: JAN 28, 2020 Bottle rating. Been waiting to get my hands on this for some time. Deep red body with a minimal off white head. Aromas of oak, dark fruit, cherry, Belgian sugar. Wow this is super good. This is a special beer to savor. Just the right amount of balance between sweet and tart.

dorain (1665) - Berlin, GERMANY - DEC 1, 2019
Einfach lecker!
