UPDATED: OCT 9, 2020 can 473 ml. Reminded me of smore campfire! Pitch black with a little foam on top. Aroma of cocoa, chocolate and campfire. In mouth, it lack any richness of a stout. Quite liquid. Taste of chocolate, camp fire, vanilla and a little burnt toast. It's ok but overall the taste is quite weak in all department. Needed more punch!

UPDATED: AUG 10, 2020 Canette 473ml. Couleur brune très foncée presque opaque, mousse moka fuyante. Arôme de cacao, végétal, vanille. Goût de cacao, malt torréfié, légère acidité, sucré. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2020 Bottle from friend. Pours brown no head or lacing. Notes are coffee, some tart cherry. No marshmallow to speak of. Taste medium bitter, medium sweet. Light body lively carbonation.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2019 Pint at the brewpub. Pours very little head and has a dark brown appearance. Some decent dirty lacing. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of chocolate, dark roasted malts, coffee. Flavours are sweet and chocolatey, cacao nibs, strong dark roasted malt notes, also lots of coffee in there. Subtle milky flavours on the finish. Smooth and silky mouthfeel.

UPDATED: AUG 28, 2019 Surment la meilleure Stout au Québec rivalisant celle a l’espresso du pit caribou. Gout de cacao très ressenti.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2019 Tap (Le Saint-Bock, Montreal). Black color. Medium size, brown head, stays. Roast, coffee, toasted coconut, lactose in aroma/taste. Drinkable brew.

UPDATED: AUG 10, 2019 Bière pression bue chez Le Saint-Bock. Bière presque noire avec un col de mousse beige. Arôme de chocolat, café, caramel. En bouche, bière assez sucrée sur le café, chocolat, caramel, malt rôti. Plutôt réussie.
