Last year’s Persephone B Gibsons is back!
This year it’s called Amarillo Pilsner.
I had it from tap (St. Augustine’s and 12 Kings) and from bottle; but I prefer the bottle.
The greatness of such beers reside in the delicate malts.

Look for it, and show some love: it’s fantastic!

Yup, maybe even better than last year.

Great, look forward to being a local soon.

3 bottles and 4 glasses in the last week...

With a bit of luck, this year as well Ferris (AKA Mr. 33 points) missed it!

It’s sold out at the brewery. There are bottles still around, mostly in the city. We left one bottle at Gibsons LDB, unless there’s more in back.

Despite the negative efforts of ferris and beerplace (who compared it to Obolon), Persephone Amarillo Pilsner is now 3rd best Pilsner in the world!
