Wow! what a nice fruit and wood aroma. Totalnie bez piany, minimum doslownie, kolor pomaranczowo rozowawy, malo metny troche resztek na dnie osadu. Totalnie kwasne i cierpkie, mocno draznic bedzie niektorym podniebienia, Wytrzymacie to? totalnie i drastycznie wytrawne, totalnie owocowo, lesne dzikie owocem żurawina, porzeczki, ciemny agrest, owoce bardzo kwasne jakby nie w pelni dojrzale. Totalnie bez cukru. Totalnie dobry lambick. Yeah!

Lovely sharp sour aroma, nice aged woody esters. Red, brief head. Massively sharp acidic bite. Lovely recurrant and apricot taste. Aged very nicely. Leaves a deliciously lambicky coating on the lips.

375ml bottle shared by Phil, thanks! About five years old. Clear red beer, small white head. Nose is funky, fruity, tart, oak, lemons, red currants. Flavor is lots of red currants, tartness, woody dryness, oak notes. Sophisticated stuff, aging helped I guess.

Bottle, BB 05. 2021 (shared by fatphil, thanks). Pours red amber. Aroma is sour, funky, red currant, some bitterness, caramel, some burnt notes. Flavor is sour, dry, earthy, red currant, funk, acidic. Finish is acidic sour with red currant. Alcohol is well covered. Overall: good.

Sample at mikkeller friends, poured deep Ruby red with a slight white head. Nose of soft grains, citrus, funk, oak, cellar, barnyard, cranberries, red currants, taste is slight sour, delicate combination with the red currants, Which adds a Nice sweet twist to the beer. Enjoyable spontan version

Keg @ Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen. Murky red/amber, small short lasting white head, no lacing. Deep woody aroma, oak barrels, tart berries and vinegar. Tart and rich mouthfeel, medium carbonated. Really tart taste, red current is coming through in a great way, oak and grapes, mature vinous taste and green apples.
