UPDATED: FEB 23, 2024 $NZ 5 for 330 ml bottle from New World , Rangiora NZ (07/04/20) : Pours a high foamy top , settles quickly to a wispy small head , bright gold colour , huge bubbles rising ... pungently eatery aroma , clover honey scent ... frothy mouthfeel , sweet , estery , cinnamon/cardamom taste , well balanced .

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2023 Aroma of malt, fruits, citrus, spices and yeast. Golden with a white head. Medium + sweet and medium bitter. Medium body with average carbonation. Overall an OK Tripel.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2023 Restrained aroma in a golden pour. Spicy body is pretty much as expected but nothing special in the end.

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2023 Tap. Pretty classic, some alcoholic warmth balances out the candyish softly caramelly maltiness. Medium phenolic spicy yeast character. Pretty clean, easy drinking too despite the apparent strength.

UPDATED: APR 20, 2023 330 ml bottle. Pours a dark amber with light head (tho second bottle was a gusher). Aromas of dull mashed fruit, burnt banana, and soft toasted malts. Flavors of fruity esters leaning towards phenols, dull citrus and bready malts.

UPDATED: JAN 3, 2023 Very good on nose, immediatelly after opening one can feel fresh and nice odour. Golden yellow, slightly murky, with the white top dissapearing in a minute or minute and half. Carbonation is excellent. Banana taste is dominant, citrus follow. Spicy and dry. Underestimated here. Little bit sweet, bitterness missing.

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2022 Bought at Mega Maxi, Niš. Hazy golden colour with thick white head. Yeasty aroma hits , as soon as you open the bottle , aroma is boozy , sweet. Taste is mildly sour, great sweetness, yeasty, spicy, all in all would drink it again.

UPDATED: NOV 4, 2022 Clear golden color with a large off-white head. Aroma has yeast, citrus, coriander. Taste is malty sweet with a long quite dry and somewhat bitter aftertaste. Flavors of caramel, yeast, citrus and herbal hops.

UPDATED: SEP 8, 2022 Nose: soft, yeasty, small touch of lemon zest, lightly sweet at the end. Texture: full, silk, smooth, very creamy and velvety. Impressive. Taste: subtle but nice, good carbonation- very nice in contrast with the smoothness, bread/yeast, subtle herbal notes, mini spark of lemon at the tail end. Finish: dry, middle-long and slightly bitter with some sweetness lingering in the background. Its a nice expression of a tripple. The texture makes this beer, beyond this its a celebration of sublety.
