It’s totally pointless to have all this speculation about the top 4, particularly the SEC teams because the major players all still have games against one another. The place where I think it may come into play is an instance like the Kansas St game last night where they see that they’re not "in" as of yet so they really pound the shit out of an inferior opponent to look better when it comes time for the rankings. |
