Like really Mike Riley is the guy for the job? In two stints at Oregon St he is barely over .500 overall at 93–80 and below .500 in conference 58–63. Not even going to mention his NFL stats, I hope that isn’t their pitch for recruiting. I see this ending in 2 seasons when they can’t even get to 9-3 anymore...

If rumors are true that they also have a shot still to bring Frost in as OC/coach in waiting there might be more to this. Did the Bama recruiting happen because he’s that damn good or because he has Bama roots and was alright? Plus USC did hire Kiffin so their questionable....
