Carve ’em, make soup out of ’em and roast those seeds. Delicious!

Polestar Pilsner by Left Hand again. Grassier than my last batch last month, but equally hoppy and dry and tasty.

After my recent love affair with stone I decided to give their imperial russian stout another go. I did not like it the first time and after all the great beers, I bought this one again to re rate if necessary. It was. Difference between the bottles is that this one is fresher. I think the flaws I noticed in the first bottle were all hop related like oily body, and fruit that was sour or flat, and a solvent like alcohol.
