Got a nice batch of Centennial; drinking one right now. It’s a little more citrusy than usual (Centennials are really standing out), but still with the malt backbone I love so much. Bottled one and a half months ago. I’m a happy camper. Enjoying a couple or three before my night shift later tonight. |
