Message DerWeg beers 2175 º places 48 º 20:37 Fri 5/3/2013 Brasserie Dupont Cervesia, an historical (archaeological?) tribute to an ale style once made in France. Great with panfried Boudin Noir w/ shallots, apples and onions scooped over pieces of toasted country white bread, foie gras-style. Though I think dry French Rosé like a Luberon Grenache pairs better for its acidity! Maybe next time a vintage Goudenband, I have some 2007’s lurking.

Message kdm1984 beers 1098 º places 14 º 11:24 Sat 5/4/2013 Got a nice batch of Centennial; drinking one right now. It’s a little more citrusy than usual (Centennials are really standing out), but still with the malt backbone I love so much. Bottled one and a half months ago. I’m a happy camper. Enjoying a couple or three before my night shift later tonight.
