3.9 Corsendonk Gold Tripel 10 Même si elle est simple et avec un équilibre imparfait notamment avec son sucre trop poussé, j'ai globalement bien aimé cette triple qui ne peut renier ses origines belges. En verre nous sommes sur un blond doré avec une fine effervescence soutenue et une mousse blanc cassé de 5 mm. En bouche, on reconnait tout de suite l'appartenance belge avec un alcool puissant et plein de caractère comme je les aime. Le sucre est toutefois un peu trop sucré qui ne permet pas à l'alcool de complétement s'exprimer et empâte un peu la bouche. Personnellement je trouve l'effervescence un peu trop poussé. 4.6 Corsendonk Tempelier Strong Blond 0,33 bottle. Egy új, erős lovagi cucc a Corsendonktól, korábban csak az alap Tempelier volt ismert, most a márka "kettévált". Szép címke, szűretlen hatású, világos borostyán, inkább sötét-arany szín, piszkosfehér, nagy habbal. A hab végig ujjnyi vastagan, előírás-szerűen maradt meg, de nem volt olyan szép mint a Tempelier-Amber-en. Több komlós erős belga, ez az aromán is átjön: jobb, komlósabb tripel-ekre hasonlító illat: fűszeres, friss, megfelelően gyümölcsös, komplex illat az aroma-komlóktól. Némelyik APA elbújhat mögötte - az alkohol itt sem érződik az illatban. Szúrósan szénsavas, de jól áll neki; testesség pont megfelelő, azért tapadós, cukros, szinte ragad az ajkad tőle. Van benne anyag minden téren! Íze extrán jó! A triple-belga jegyek jutnak eszembe, abszolút többet ad egy strong pale belga ale-nál. A végén van egy nagyon jellegzetes narancsos-narancshéjas utóíz, ami nekem nagyon bejött! Az egész sör nagyon komoly, nagyon odatették magukat a főzdében, és az új-hullámos elvárásokat követve alkottak egy komlós triple-strong ale hibrid-et. Szerintem, ha ez ilyen marad, ezt bármikor meg lehet majd különböztetni a többi sörtől, az Orvalhoz hasonlóan. Pozitívum: alkohol nem érződött, és a belga kandis-cukros fejfájdító hatás sem. 4 Corsendonk Tempelier Strong Amber 0,33 bottle. Ennek a híres sörnek egy korábbi, gyengébb, már visszavonult verzióját kóstoltam, lássuk az újat. Ajándék volt, saját gyönyörű pohárral, amit itt is köszönök szépen! Külalak: gyönyörű, szűretlen, borostyán szín, hatalmas krémszínű habbal, aminek a buborék-méretei idővel nőnek, de a mennyisége csak nem akar csökkenni... Nice. Aroma: aszalt szilvás, aszalt piros gyümölcsös, háttérben minőségi konyakkal és karamellel. A gyümölcsösség frissebb mint szokott az erős belgáknál, tényleg minőségi komlózásra utal. Az íz az aromával majdnem megegyezik: nagyon finom, édeskés, aszús, mazsolás alapíz után friss komló-keserűség, némi karamellel. Itt is meg tudom állapítani, hogy jóval keserűbb a többi ismert strong belga- alapnál. Korty-testesség: erősen, szúrósan szénsavas, talán inkább csak közepes test, az alkohol azért picit érződik, nincs 100%-osan elbújtatva. Tényleg kiváló sör, talán ami miatt nem kapott még ennél is több pontot: belga kandiscukros mellékíz - bár nem látom, hogy van-e benne, vagy sem - illetve icipicit vizesebb korty a vártnál. Classic belgian blond aroma, so floral and perfumey, but with a lovely belgian yeast fingerprint too. Soft palate, fairly light, pleasant carbonation. Similarly classic belgian blond taste, floral and quite bitter. Finish is bitter with almost a peppery bite. Very little yeast sediment in the bottle, so it's best when every last hemidemisemidrop is poured in, the malts in the taste are lovely and soft. The alcohol's covered really well too. The aroma is toasty, earthy roast, bitter - sweet , sweet - sour, plenty of dark and dried fruits, sultana, raisin, cherry, fig, toasted fruit cake, cacao and chocolate bourbons. The taste is firmly dry, toasty, earthy roast, light tannin, touch of bitterness, cherry cola, Dr Pepper, plenty of dried fruits and berry, cherry, sultana, raisin, fig, jammy, toasted fruit cake, toasted brown bread, lightly burnt toast, coffee grounds, spice and muted alcohol presence with a toasty finish. 4 Corsendonk Tempelier Strong Blond Bière blonde de 8 % abv. Houblonnage en saaz, strisselspalt, hallertau mittelfrüh et … amarillo ! Les templiers ont enfin révisé leur triste version blonde de 6 % abv, que j'avais cotée à 1,9 .. en étant conciliant pour leur assassinat … Il était temps que justice leur soit rendue !! Avec l'aide de quatre houblons et un petit juge on devrait y arriver. Visuel très translucide, mais pur, comme leurs intentions … ?? Entame avec une belle amertume sur un fond malté correct. 3.3 Corsendonk Grand Hops Edition 2023 Yearly special edition of the classic Belgian blonde abbey ale Corsendonk Blond (formerly Agnus), this time (2023) with Mistral d’Alsace, an Alsatian hop variety; 75 cl bottle from the Colruyt in Sint-Denijs-Westrem. Moussey, snow white, opening, bit irregular head, crystal clear warm golden robe with ‘old gold’ tinge. Aroma of sweetish cereals, grass, red apple, straw, sweetclover, honey, vague grapefruit zest, green pear peel, dried field flowers. Clean onset, sweetish ripe pear, some kiwi and vague banana ester but sleek and straightforward, with lively carbonation and smooth, slick body; cereally middle, a basic pale maltiness with a layer of honeyish residual sugars on top, working towards a mildly grassy, floral hoppiness in the end with a bit of soft lingering bitterness, but still quite dominant general malt and residual sugar sweetness too – lasting longer than the hops, in fact. Granted, the aroma and aftertaste are indeed a bit hoppier than is the case in the regular Corsendonk Blond from what I remember, but ‘grand’ is definitely an overstatement here… Decent enough, though – for a very ‘commercial’, mass-marketed blonde Belgian ale, that is. 3.5 Corsendonk Grand Hops Edition 2023 Grand Hops...grand hops...cette version 2023 ne m'a pas réellement subjugué. Si on retrouve les bases d'une bonne bière belge avec notamment un alcool bien présent, la structure est déséquilibrée notamment par une acidité trop présente. Le visuel est sur un blond limpide avec une fine effervescence moyennement soutenue et une mousse blanche de 3 mm. Le nez est sur les céréales, le citron, la coriandre et de légères herbes. En bouche, si l'ensemble est frais et aérien, c'est une sensation brouillonne qui reste. Si l'alcool, à 6,9 % a du tempérament, l'acidité vient quelque peu brouiller tout cela.
