“Have ordered once from this online beershop and overall pretty ok experience. Prices including shipping were very good, and delivery pretty swift. Wont really find cutting edge craft here but for old classics or for some new brewery ticks is a pretty decent resource.“

“Online beershop that operates also under alternative names: for the Italian market, as www.hopt.it. The website is very functional, also providing the possibility of sorting the beer catalog according to ratebeer scores (although I have the feeling many beers in their catalog do not have a score, since the ranking is veeery stable). Shipping has always been very quick and technically perfect. I'd just want them to have free shipping above a certain amount. Selection is pretty good, around 800 beers, from traditional (i.e. Belgian) beers to lots of new craft ones (plus some industrial ones, even from odd countries). Prices are pretty good! Overall, a nice chance for those who don't have a good beershop near home.“

“I have done two orders from these guys recently and whilst I understand that they are under the umbrella of one of the huge beer companies (I think?) their pricing is great, delivery very quick, France to Germany 48-72 hours, the choice is very good and pricing excellent, in fact, a number of the Belgian beers are cheaper via these guys than many of the Dutch and Belgian online websites that I have ordered from and there a lot that if you buy 4, 6, 8, 12 bottles you get discount from 5% to 15%. I spent over €200 on my first order and about €180 on the next, it is a great way to top up on fridge favourites and whilst you are not going to get so many of the hip and cool latest craft kids you will get a very wide range from the likes of Sierra Nevada, Thornbridge, Goose Island, Founders and the sort of beers in their portfolio that you absolutely won't get elsewhere very easily. There are other American, UK, Belgian, etc producers that are not the big boys so I topped up on quite a few American beers. The website is pretty good, as mentioned prices are excellent especially if you add multiple bottles of certain beers. They are well packaged, delivered by DPD who have always been very good around here. I like these guys and whilst I will continue to check out and use some of the smaller webshops to support them and get harder to find beers, I will certainly use these again as I suspect that they may be a lifeline for obtaining certain UK beers following Brexit.“

“Ordered in January 2021. Seems to be part of the InBev group. In general, a very decent selection. Website navigation is good, but a bit slow. A lot of hard to find beers from the US, but these breweries seem to be owned by InBev (probably that's the reason why they were imported, e.g. Wicked Weed). Also many standard beers and macro lagers as well as local French beers available. Reasonable prices and probably the best prices for Founders in Europe. Fast delivery, however one beer can was confused with another one (which was not that fresh), but I was instantly refunded. Recommended!“

“Review from web order placed in September 2020. I ordered to get some fairly cheap beers from more exotic places (from a Danish view) as Morocco, Réunion, Canada and Argentina. Also thrown on some classics that is hard to obtain here. Webshop works fine, somewhat old fashioned looking. Delivery from France to Denmark was about a week and all beers were well packaged in sturdy boxes. Some beers weren't fresh, others fine despite being close to Best Before date. Given the ABInbev affiliation and some beers not in good nick, I'll not reorder.“

“Un large choix de bières belges et étrangères, beaucoup de craft notamment. Un excellent suivi des commandes, expédiées rapidement avec un super SAV en cas de casse. Manque un peu d'ergonomie dans la navigation sur le site, et surtout de craft françaises. Le matraquage des produits InBev est vraiment lassant ... trop de Bud, Leffe, Hoegaarden ... des coffrets inintéressants, composés essentiellement des mêmes références vues et rerevues de chez InBev.“

“Pretty good shop. Not the best navigation which is a bit weird for something with this much money behind it. I mean, they have enormous billboards in the Paris metro, these guys are huge with their InBev money.

Nice selection, but not especially good for French craft actually. Some good and cheap US beers though, obviously a lot from InBev breweries. Packaging and service is good. Both times I ordered they also added a free beer past it's best before date. Overall nice but I prefer to order in non-InBev shops.“

“A website I used a lot and spent a lot of money with. They then randomly stopped shipping to the UK shortly after they had an active promotion to encourage UK customers. They could not be bothered to update their site, so you could still waste time selecting beers and adding them to your basket, you just couldn’t checkout. After several complaints their lame excuse was customs was a problem - bullshit. They ran a big French advertising campaign and got swamped with orders and suspended international shipping. It never got resumed, they just could not be arsed with it after increasing their domestic customer base. Loyal and regular customers like me were cast aside. So a sincere Fuck You Saveur Biere, fuck you very much!“

“What a TOPshop ! ability to search on ratebeerscore, colour, country, ... Prices are very good, selection is awsome ! They might not have the widest selection, but they got stuff like sam adam’s utopias , Brooklyn black ops, .... In europe ! Also very small breweries like Elav . This offerings realy proof that the guy(s ? Girl(s)) Know very much about beer. Shiping to Belgium took litteraly 1 day , the package was there 2 hours before it was said to be sent ! Fair to cheap shipping . Just everything seems awsome here ! Re-rate anno 2017 ( Original rating from 2014 @ 96 ) The interface of the shop has gone way down. I can not seem to find the extremely usefull search-options there were in the beginning. I got a wrong vintage and it was a hassle to get any solution. It turned out to be a voucher, but after this kind of customer support, I didn’t want to be a customer again and just let it slip. Its probalby still OK for most, but i’ve seen the downfall and i’m just left dissapointed. Apparently the shop now is property of Inbev. I hate the idea that Inbev makes money off my purchases of decent beers ! Not sure if the downfall of the shop is a result, or a reason of the purchase by Inbev, but all I know is that there are far better shops these days. Sad to see them miss the opportuniity to be ( and stay) the best webshop.“

“Website is a bit messy, bit old school, but has decent filter options. Appears to be multilingual but some content and notably all their emails seem to be French only. Beer packaged well, albeit in a bit of an oversized box with multiple boxes within. One beer wasn’t available and payment returned (no Cuban country tick I’m affraid). No complaints and no compliments necessary either. Selection is broad but not everything seems a good deal. In first instance I went to look for a Brouwerij Kees exclusive and then found a selection of Omnipollo’s I also went for because I don’t see them around much where I am, most shops only have one or two and here there were 5+ I wanted. Then you just keep adding stuff and blah you know how it goes..“

“Good selection of beer that’s delivered well packaged and for a very reasonable price overall. After several orders I’m left feeling rather bitter having had my card overcharged and a bottle missing from delivery. Customer service is non-existent and the issue remains un-resolved. unfortunately they ceased to ship beers to my location without prior notification (so thatI have also spent over £350 and now lost my reward points even though had to pay for the registration to their reward program,) No Refund has been given“

“An okay website with a huge selection of beers from many different countries including a nice selction of Canadian beers, which are hard to come by in Europe. Unfortunately some of the hoppier beers were old, which I guess is what happens with such a big selection. The packaging could have been better, but nothing broke. A week after the two boxes I had ordered arrived I received another box by mistake, which is a bit worrying, as that means somebody else is missing a package. I of course contacted customer service, and of course they let me keep the package for free.“

With good British, German, Dutch and naturally French breweries. All the style are available and all type of breweries also. You will find very specific craft brewery and next will be a big world brewery. The service is really good and nice. You will find some deScription of the beer to help you to make your selection. The packaging is really well done and the staff do all what he can to protect the bottles.There are also some special events as Beers from North America, beer Advent calendar... I need to update my rate... All of you know when you have to pay it’s a pain because of the price... But on the website it’s not only this... you will have a double pain... The way to pay... “Have ordered 4 times now from the UK. Plus points - the prices are on the whole better than in the UK - the postage is pretty similar, as are delivery times. Found the site extremely useful for some ticks I could not find elsewhere - some French beers, obviously, but also Belgian, US and Canadian. The German range is limited though, I’d give them top marks if they stocked the 4 German beers I am after! Scored low on ambiance to reflect how tedious the website is to use. Also you have to pay to qualify for bonus points?? Maybe that’s normal in France?“

“Used the website quite a few times due to the HUGE range of stuff and always the latest releases as well as stocking breweries many other sites don’t bother with. Great packing, great service and very quick!

Had the opportunity to visit the actual warehouse recently. It’s just outside Lille in an industrial area. You can walk in but you can’t peruse the bottles - there is a computer to use instead where you select what you want and someone will fetch it for you. Typically polite Northern French staff who will ALL say bonjour to you, every one of them, when they pass. In all, one of the best online European bottle shops. “

“Online shop with not so good navigation. It’s sometimes bit slow and it’s sometimes hard to find stuff you are looking for even when they have it. Service was adequate, packaging could have been bit better (no bubblewrap), but nothing was broken. Selection is very good, but most of the stuff you can pick up from other shops. The best part of the selection is highly rated and hard to find Canadian stuff. Value is good, most of the prices are rather cheap compared to the other shops. Shipping is also rather cheap, but there is also extra insurance cost (other shops include it in shipping price). Overall: good place to pick up some random ticks.

“Online shop with a possibility to pick up your order if you are near Lille. I forgot to place my order partly because of the shitty site and went to the address anyway hoping there would be any bottle shop of sorts. Well there wasn’t but when I asked if I could place my order anyway they had a computer ready and i could place my order anyway. 5 minutes later my order had already been packed and i was back on my way. Ambience 3/5: well its a warehouse not much great to it. Service 10/10: helped me with the technical difficulties (you need to set you address in France to check the option to pick it up locally (just use their address) and their site is a mess) and packed my order under 5 minutes. Even got a free sticker and fridge magnet. Selection 13/15: selection is good but could be more. Food NA Value 8/10: prices are good, shipping is cheap to normal. If you pick it up in Lille you get a 10% discount. Overall 17/20: overall a very nice place for service, price and selection. Site is a pain to work with. I picked up my order so i dont know how shipping is but the box looks very solid.“

“Probably the worst website on the planet. They (apparently) have a wide selection of beers, but it takes hours to navigate through a couple of pages because the amount of images and unnecessary pop-up elements are so intensive. Most of the time when I click on anything, I get a server timeout. I’d love to actually use their service, but no device or connection seems to be able to handle this website in a good way.“

“A great online source for beers, especially for those in Central Europe with few options. Great Belgian and French beer selection. Some exciting beers from the U.S. Good German beers, though not a large selection. Prices are very reasonable. Shipping was acceptable. Beers were shipped and received very quickly. Service was good although one of my beers wasn’t shipped and my refund didn’t include the postage I paid for it. If a beer is out of stock request to be notified when it returns. Out of about 20 requests I made a quarter or more were made available. So there is hope!“

“Very well selected online store with lots of choice from American, Belgian, French and Danish beers plus some others. Prices are quite standard, but the navigation on the site is horrible. It needs ages to browse through the beers, would be more handy to show them in a list or so. Packaging is good but not outstanding with no further protection than a cardboard box. The delivery however is super fast, I think my package arrived in two days after ordering (from France to NL). The shipping costs are absolutely reasonable (just above eleven €). One issue that bothers me is that they just left out a beer they didn’t have in stock. I would have preferred to be asked if I wanted a substitute or not or if I wanted to waive the order. At least they didn’t just give me another beer and refunded me immediately, too.“

“Stumbled upon this site by coincidence, saw a few special beers I wanted and jumped to the opportunity to make an order. Received the goods in pristine condition and sufficient protection the day after they got my payment. Professional and very helpful and reactive service, quick delivery (to Belgium at least), reasonable prices for most beers and great choice of many different specialties including American craft breweries, French micro breweries, collaboration brews and quite a lot of English ales, I will definitely order here again soon. The Ratebeer scores are even indicated... Great discovery! The only downside here: lots of beers which interested me, are out of stock, and I have a feeling these stocks will not be replenished any time soon...“
